Ever wonder what the difference is between our fresh goat cheese pillows and logs? Or our marinated cheeses and goat brie? We'll break down the differences between our tasty products, and share our favorite ways to use them.

FRESH GOAT CHEESE PILLOWS (CHABIS)

What is it?
Fresh Goat Cheese pillows, also known as Chabis, retain more moisture than our goat cheese in log form. This makes them ideal for spreading, piping, creating tasty dips or thickening sauces or soups. They come in four varieties: Original, Thyme & Rosemary, Four Peppercorn, and Dill.

What we love it for:
These fluffy pillows are a great ingredient for appetizers, salads, pastas, and even dessert. It also can be presented on a cheese board with crudités and crostini.

Recipes to use it:

FRESH GOAT CHEESE LOGS

What is it?
Logs are fresh goat cheese that have slightly less moisture than our pillows. Because they’re slightly more dense, they are great to slice, crumble atop any dish, and can be rolled in herbs, spices, and edible flowers to add a pop to any cheese board.

What we love it for:

It’s fresh goat cheese with an exciting twist – fresh flavors to bring out the best in the cheese. Our Original Log is creamy and bright, delicious on its own or added to endless recipes.

Our flavored logs come in seven unique, sophisticated flavors: Orange Blossom Honey, Kalamata Olive, Black Truffle, Fig & Grapefruit, Cranberry and Garlic & Chive in 4 oz. size. Each log is a perfect balance of sweet, zesty, herbaceous, or earthy flavors that we love crumbled on salads, stuffed in burgers, and sliced on pretty much anything.

Recipes to use it:

MARINATED

What is it?

We cut discs from our fresh Original Logs and place them on racks to dry for a few days. Then, we hand-pack them into recyclable jars along with herbs and oil to add decadent, enticing flavors. Our marinade slowly infuses flavors like Thyme & Rosemary, Jalapeño Chili and Black Truffle into the golden oil and the cheese.

What we love it for:

Both the cheese and oil are amazing when spread and drizzled on toast, tossed with pasta and salads, and as garnish for soups. The tasty marinade is a bonus dressing for your recipes. Try brushing fresh tomatoes with some of the infused oil and roast them until they begin to brown.

Recipes to use it:

SPREADABLE

What is it?
Consider this the goat cheese version of cream cheese or crème fraîche. It melts perfectly into sauces, mixes with herbs for fillings, tastes delicious on a bagel, and is the perfect cheese for fluffy goat cheesecake.

What we love it for:

It’s creamy, light, and has a citrusy tang. Plus, our Spreadable Goat Cheese is 45% lower in calories than crème fraîche.

Recipes to use it:

BRIE

What is it?
Creamy Brie is an aged goat cheese with a mild, grassy flavor balanced by hints of mushroom and lemon. Its delicate, bloomy white rind gives way to a firm velvety interior that pairs perfectly with wine, jam, and crackers.

What we love it for:
It’s a natural for the cheese plate alongside some fresh bread and fruit. It is also delicious melted onto your favorite burger or sandwich, or served as a melted brie appetizer.
