Chef Jacquelyn Buchanan enjoys the combination of sweet and floral Orange Blossom Honey goat cheese and fresh figs because they have a complementary flavor profile. Goat cheese, figs and thin-sliced prosciutto over greens dressed in California olive oil and drizzled with lemon juice is California eating at its best — farm fresh, original, healthy and flavorful. In a pinch, Laura Chenel Original fresh or crumbled goat cheese can be used in place of Orange Blossom Honey.
