Spreadable goat cheese strawberry bagel

Ingredients

Pickling Ingredients:

  • 1/2 pound strawberries, sliced
  • 1/3 cup champagne vinegar
  • 1 Tbs granulated sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • Water

Bagel Ingredients:

  • Bagel
  • Laura Chenel Spreadable Goat cheese
  • Quick pickled strawberries
  • Honey
  • Fresh Mint

Instructions

  1. Combine sliced strawberries, vinegar, sugar and salt in a canning jar. Fill with water until strawberries are covered.
  2. Let sit for 2-12 hours in the refrigerator before using.
  3. Top your bagel with Laura Chenel Spreadable Goat Cheese, quick pickled strawberries, a drizzle of honey and mint.
  4. Enjoy!
