There’s no wrong way to make a grilled cheese! But this combination -- with creamy, gooey goat brie, sweet autumn pears and savory prosciutto -- takes a childhood favorite to the next level. Use your favorite bread (we love a crusty Italian loaf or chewy rye), brush with olive oil or butter for an extra-crispy finish, and then stuff generously with the remaining ingredients before pan grilling. The brie brings an added depth of flavor with just a touch of lemony zing, and we love the added texture and mushroomy notes in the delicate rind.
