These dainty finger sandwiches come together in a snap and the combination of delicate, fluffy sandwich bread spread with creamy goat cheese, pear slices and honey are a delight!
Two 4 oz Pear, Wine & Rosemary goat cheese logs, room temperature
2 to 3 medium ripe or slightly under ripe Bosc pears
Honey, for garnish
Instructions
Halve and core the pears. Slice the halves into thin slices. Take a slice of bread and trim away the crusts. Slice the bread in half into two even squares.
Take some of the goat cheese and spread it on each half. Top one side of the bread half with pear slices and honey. Place the remaining bread half on top.
Repeat the process until all sandwiches have been assembled.
