A perfect make-ahead dessert, these surprisingly simple and delicious Lemon Goat Cheese Tartlets come together with just three ingredients: Laura Chenel Spreadable Goat Cheese or Fresh Goat Cheese pillows, prepared or homemade lemon curd, and frozen mini pastry shells or tartlet shells. Just mix the cheese and lemon curd, fill the tartlet shells and serve with fresh seasonal berries like strawberries, blackberries, raspberries or cherries.
