This is a delicious, light ice cream — perfect for summer but also great with a wintry fruit compote. Whisk Laura Chenel Original Log, Fresh Goat Cheese pillows or Spreadable Goat Cheese with milk, heavy cream and the best honey you can find, then process in an ice cream maker. Serve with grilled stone fruit, figs or another seasonal fruit. Use this recipe as a palette for experimentation with a variety of flavor inclusions such as fresh thyme or basil, lemon zest, dried cherries, vanilla and cinnamon.
