- 12 frozen mini pastry shells or tartlet shells, prepared according to package directions

Lemon Goat Cheese Tartlet

This recipe is surprisingly simple and delicious. The combination of lemon curd and goat cheese make this tartlet taste like lemon cheesecake.

Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, cream together the lemon curd and cheese until smooth.
2. Spoon the curd into the pastry shells and garnish with berries.
