1/4 yellow onion, finely chopped
2 large, ripe avocados
1/4 cup Laura Chenel Plain Probiotic Goat Milk Yogurt
Juice of 1/2 lime
1/2 tsp fine sea salt
Dash ground cayenne or ground dried chipotle
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped, plus more for garnish
Dipper of choice (Tortilla chips, jicama, carrots, etc.)

This creamy "yo-guacamole" is deliciously smooth and light.
Ingredients
1/4 yellow onion, finely chopped
2 large, ripe avocados
1/4 cup Laura Chenel Plain Probiotic Goat Milk Yogurt
Juice of 1/2 lime
1/2 tsp fine sea salt
Dash ground cayenne or ground dried chipotle
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped, plus more for garnish
Dipper of choice (Tortilla chips, jicama, carrots, etc.)
Instructions
In small bowl, mash onion and avocado with potato masher or large fork until creamy and smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients. Taste and add salt, pepper, and lime if needed.
Serve with favorite dippers like jicama, carrots, or tortilla chips.
